Originally from Bulgaria, I relocated to Denmark in 2008 to pursue studies in Architectural Management and the construction industry, culminating in a Master's degree in Management within the building sector. In between jobs within construction, I also attained certification as a yoga teacher.

Currently, I am settled in Copenhagen with my partner and our two children. My fascination with beauty and symmetry initially drew me to architectural technologies, a passion that resonates within the practice of yoga as well. I've always had a knack for diving deep into whatever I'm passionate about, sometimes getting totally lost in the journey. Whether it was in my studies or my work, I'd often find myself fully immersed. But then I stumbled upon yoga, and it's been a game-changer. Instead of losing myself, I find that yoga brings me back to center, giving me a deep sense of self-awareness and alignment.

My yoga journey started back in 2001, inspired by my mother's book on yoga poses. At the tender age of 12, yoga seemed like a mysterious practice, mostly just appearing cool to me. Though I sensed there was something deeper to it, my primary focus was on mastering what I thought were the "coolest asanas."

It wasn't until 2012 that I finally had regular access to yoga classes. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found an exceptional instructor who crafted her classes with such care that understanding the essence of alignment became second nature to me.

Attending her classes left me feeling invigorated and filled with joy. I found myself attending multiple sessions daily, sometimes even twice a day. This regular practice became more than just a physical activity; it became a lifeline. Having battled with depression for years prior, witnessing the positive impact of yoga on my well-being solidified my commitment to it. It became as essential to me as food.

Beyond the physical benefits, I began to notice subtler transformations taking place within me. My body grew stronger, but more importantly, my mind found a new sense of balance. I learned to embrace my limitations, appreciating them for what they were. Comparison with others diminished as I embraced the uniqueness of each individual. As someone naturally inclined to pay attention to detail, I found myself focusing more on the broader picture and the personal growth unfolding through my practice.

In 2015, I discovered vedic astrology, realizing its profound connection with yoga. The synergy between the two deepened my self-understanding. I pursued a 200-hour yoga teacher training, another in the fitness world, and a 50-hour yoga techniques course. Additionally, I became a certified astrologer, enriching my practice and understanding of these ancient disciplines.

My journey as yoga instructor began in 2018 when I embraced the role of a self-employed yoga instructor, specializing in Pranayama (breath exercises), Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga. Over the years, I have expanded my expertise and commitment to the well-being of others. From teaching Hatha Yoga at Atlas Motion & Fitness between April 2019 and 2023 to instructing a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Flow Yoga (Vinyasa), Hot-Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and core-strengthening yoga at Fitness World and Dottir from 2019 to 2020, my passion for holistic wellness has been unwavering.

At Ease Coaching, I bring a wealth of experience in both yoga, mindfulness and astrology. Having a deep understanding of the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness at the same time knowing My journey has been defined by a dedication to exploring, analyzing, and developing pioneering products that contribute to stress relief and overall well-being.
