My stress relief workshops offer a holistic approach to cultivating inner peace, resilience, and emotional well-being. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, these workshops integrate mindful practices such as mudras, meditation, and yoga asanas specifically tailored to address stress-related imbalances and promote relaxation.

What to Expect:
Participants will explore a variety of techniques drawn from the rich heritage of yoga, each carefully selected to target the body, mind, and spirit. Mudras, or hand gestures, are used to channel energy and balance emotions, while meditation cultivates mental clarity and a sense of calm. Yoga asanas, or postures, are chosen to activate specific energy centers (chakras) associated with managing stress and anxiety.


Group Size: 4 people

Requirements:
No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required to participate in our stress and anxiety management workshops. Participants should come prepared with comfortable clothing suitable for movement and a willingness to explore new practices for well-being.

Location: Nordre Fasanvej 95A, Frederiksberg.
Option to attend the workshop virtually.
